In this special feature by Karen Lipson, Paul shares his lifelong love for books and his training in book repair and restoration in Paris with master bookbinders. Paul has restored priceless antiques including the binding of several recovered pages of an original Gutenberg Bible which had suffered a fire. But precious family heirlooms, from rare and not so rare books, Bibles, cookbooks, diaries, letters and documents, that can be preserved in slip cases or clam shell boxes, are also carefully handled by Paul.
